The validity period of the voucher is 3 months from the date of purchase. If the Gift voucher has not been used during its validity period, it is later considered invalid and money is not refundable.
The voucher code is one-time use, therefore the amount of money specified on the voucher must be used in one go.
To use the voucher code - after adding the selected items to the cart, before making the payment, enter the voucher code in the "voucher code" box and click the "redeem" button. If the total amount of selected items exceeds the gift voucher amount, the difference can be paid in our system by choosing the payment method.
