Agreement with Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. By logging in or using this website, you agree to the limitations and any additional recommendations, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in specific sections of this website or provided in connection with the services offered by the website. All of these additionally posted recommendations, restrictions, or rules are included in consideration of these Terms of Use.

The company reserves the right to make changes to the terms of use of this website at any time without prior notice. You must review these Terms of Use each time you log in.

You also agree that we may provide all legally permissible notices and warnings by posting them on our website or, at our discretion, sending them to you electronically, via email to the email address you provided when registering on our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive our electronic notices by contacting customer service.


General Provisions

All provisions and conditions and/or any transactions/operations performed on the website www.onprint.lt  or orders by phone/email are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties and/or damages arising from mechanical damage, natural disasters, or other factors, including state factors, including but not limited to war, riots, seizure, or declaration of embargo (prohibition of export/import of specified goods). The necessary tools required for document creation are posted at www.onprint.lt, and they are the property of the Company and its subsidiaries. The purchaser's order will be considered an assumption that the Seller's Conditions are accepted. Provisions and conditions are governed in all respects by the laws of LITHUANIA.


Reservation

The acceptance of all orders is at the discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time and not to fulfill it after notifying you by email or phone call. We also reserve the right to change the prices of goods and services at any time, except when we receive your paid order.


Returns

Depending on the nature of the product, returns cannot be made when the order is already being processed and/or has been shipped.

If valid reasons are provided for a refund (if the order has not yet been sent to production), we may, but are not obligated to, refund all money except for those deducted by the bank from your total transfer amount.

Any claims for defects, damages, or deficiencies must be made in writing within two (2) working days of receiving the goods. We will only replace those orders that were made incorrectly on our part. Order replacement will only be carried out upon receipt of the returned item. We will not replace the order if we determine that the ordered item was improperly used or the buyer mishandled it or the buyer has used part of the received order while returning another part of the order.


Payment

If the buyer's card/payment is declined/not accepted, the company will not fulfill the buyer's order. The buyer can place their order in three ways: Online banking (via Paysera.lt system), PayPal, or bank transfer according to our provided invoice.

Excluding online banking (via Paysera.lt system), you can make payments using: Swedbank, SEB, DNB, Danske Bank, Nordea, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas, Medicinos bankas, Lithuanian credit unions. You can also pay with electronic money: mokipay, WebMoney. And through payment systems such as: SMS BANK- payments via SMS, MAXIMA cash registers, LITHUANIAN POST in post offices and "Paypost" departments, NARVESEN- "Lietuvos Spaudos" and "Rkiosk" kiosks, PERLO PASLAUGOS - at "Perlas" terminals or in bank branches paying in cash and with credit cards.


Warranty

The company does not provide any explicit guarantees, does not imply and assumes no responsibility, except for the possible adjustment of the buyer's order if the order has not yet started being processed or has not been sent to the customer. The company may, but does not guarantee the replacement of defective/damaged products or credit/refund for the purchase if the order has not started being processed or has not been sent to the customer.


Delivery

The production and delivery times for goods are indicated next to each product. Delivery of goods throughout Lithuania is carried out by the courier service Venipak, except for the Curonian Spit, where goods are delivered via Lithuanian Post to the post office. The delivery cost is specified upon selecting the delivery method.


Liability Limitations

The company will not be liable for any breach of contract or damages (including negligence) to the client for incidental or consequential losses arising from anyone's actions in fulfilling or failing to fulfill our obligations. The company will not be liable to anyone for any financial losses, expenses, costs, damages and/or other economic losses. The buyer agrees that the buyer will not hold the company liable for any losses, expenses, costs, and damages (including legal fees) arising from any and all types of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be directed against the company and its related entity(ies) for reasons suspected that the mentioned work infringes any copyrights, trademark rights, service mark rights, or is offensive or harmful to any individual's right to privacy or infringes other personal rights.


Order Cancellations and Refunds

The company will not refund money for orders that have been shipped or canceled after the order has already been processed.

If valid reasons are provided for a refund (if the order has not yet been sent to production), the company may refund all money, except for those deducted by the bank (bank fees), from your total transfer amount. Also, the company's transfer/refund costs (bank fees) will be deducted from the paid amount.
