Refund
Conditions for Refund:
- By paying for the order, you confirm that you are familiar with the content and quality of the layout and take full responsibility for the submitted order, therefore we consider the paid order correct and send it to production. Money is non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases, if the order has not yet been started to print, at the client's request and specifying the reasons for the refund, we reserve the right to consider this matter.
- When refunding money, we also reserve the right to deduct bank fees and courier delivery costs from the amount.
- Defective product: The Seller must repair, replace the products you purchased, reduce their price, or refund the money, if those products had manufacturing defects. In all cases, the Buyer must return the defective product within 14 working days from receiving the product. The money is refunded to the buyer's account within 14 working days.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable. During the product return, the delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.
- Damage to the product during transportation: the customer must check for any transportation damage before accepting the product from the Seller or Courier. Once the Buyer accepts the shipment, it is considered that the products were delivered in an undamaged package.
- In all cases, the Seller is exempt from liability for delays in delivering goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances dependent on the Buyer.
